Mood Active

Join us for a 2-hour workout session with Mood Active which combines education with exercise (squats, boxing, jog/march on the spot). Learn how to start and sustain an exercise routine, what to do when the going gets tough and how to overcome barriers.

Includes:

  • Unlimited access to our Virtual Circuit and Yoga classes
  • Track your progress with pre & post-program wellbeing surveys

 

Suitable for those 16-70 years old who can participate in light exercise. No referral required.
