Then savour the main event. Our succulent roast carvery selections including honey-glazed ham, rosemary-spiced turkey breast with cranberry, and caraway-garlic pork leg. Pair them with panko-crumbed calamari, grilled barramundi in lemon butter, and a variety of vibrant salads and roasted vegetables.

Finish on a sweet note with traditional Christmas pudding and custard, an assortment of gâteaux and tortes, and a tropical fruit platter that’s pure summer bliss
